Fort Myers Fun: Fifth grade takes a field trip to the IMAG

BY: ANGELY AND EMMA K.

Fifth graders traveled to Fort Myers for a fun educational experience. They learned science and history through hands-on activities. There were over 60 activities to explore including the history museum, the Living Lab, and a hurricane simulator.

Mrs. Williams, teacher: “The most exciting experience this year was the IMAG trip. The students spent the day at the museum and enjoyed all the hands-on activities.”

Justin, student: “I learned what it was like to be in the middle of a hurricane. We watched a short movie on dinosaurs from Antarctica. The best part was the exhibit on the flow of water because everyone was splashing each other and laughing.”
