Hollywood Hills Elementary (HHE) has participated in a lot of trends over quarantine. Quarantine would not be the same without these trends to keep us entertained. Throughout this different year, it is nice to have activities, games, and online platforms to turn to. Here are the top five trends from the year:
Roblox
Roblox is an online game where you can chat with your friends as you play and even create your own things. Panthers have a blast gaming somewhere where their creativity can really shine.
TikTok
On this social media app, you can watch videos made by others and make your own. Whether it’s people dancing or interesting videos, there will never be an end to the entertainment you can find on TikTok.
Netflix
Netflix supplies endless movies and TV shows to watch. Now that we’re in a pandemic, lots of people turn to Netflix when they’re bored for entertainment.
“Soul”
Disney+ released this interesting movie this past year about a music teacher who finds himself in limbo after a tragic accident. He decides to take matters into his own hands and tries to sneak his way back onto Earth, teaming up with a spirit named 22 to do so. This movie taught us to be grateful for what we have.
Memes
Our generation shows our humor using memes. Memes are funny images with jokes attached to them. You can find them on social media or make them yourself, and then share them with friends to have a good laugh.
